Production Manager

I was born and raised in Medicine Hat.

At the age of 16, I began my journey into manufacturing and production as a laborer during summer employment. After completing the Computer Systems Technology program, I returned to take the lead drafting position using AutoCAD and Illustrator. As the company expanded, I soon became the supervisor of several other employees in that department. One of my responsibilities during my 12 years with the company was to implement the ISO 9000 quality management system, which we accomplished successfully, leading to improved quality and more efficient production across the company.

Later, I took a graphic design position with another company that also manufactured its products. This role required me to use Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD. The company achieved ISO certification during my tenure of 15 years. Eventually, I became the production supervisor, overseeing several employees with the primary goals of completing orders on time and maintaining high quality.

Now, as the Production Manager at Select Source, I bring over 27 years of experience in manufacturing and production. Together with the talented team of graphic designers at Source Select, I am confident in our ability to produce a high-quality product for you.
