I am delighted to join the exceptionally talented team at Source Select Marketing as the Director of Finance and Human Resources. With 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Finance, including owning and operating four successful childcare centers in Medicine Hat, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise to this role.

My primary goal is to ensure the success of all our valued team members and, above all, foster a work environment where staff feel supported and appreciated. I am excited about contributing to the growth and development of this already thriving business, focusing on enhancing employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, policy implementation, and performance management.
